Magic Beans Recipe
You will need:
Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
Whole Kernel Corn
Black Beans
Kidney Beans
Navy Beans
Red Onion (Chopped Small pieces)
Red and Yellow Peppers (Chopped)
Balsamic vinegar &
fresh chopped herbs of choice for dressing
Rinse & drain beans, cook beans following bean bag directions, let cool
completely. (If not already cooked or canned.) Add rest of chopped ingredients
in a bowl & mix together. This can be served freshly made & cold, capturing all
the high protein & healthy nutrients.
(You can experiment
with other types of beans & dressings too.)
