Bug Villa
Out where the surf meets the sand and the warm Santa Ana winds blow,
you'll find a quaint little place called "Bug Villa."
There you'll meet a little boy named Christian and his younger brother
Sebastian. Oh yea, not to forget
Unduh their pet hamster that plays on his wheel.
But if you look closely in Christian's garden you'll catch a glimmer of
silk when the sun hits it just right. Inside
this soft silky spun web you'll find "Frederico The Spider."
He's a pretty protective spider and quite a hungry one too!
At night Alex the little girl downstairs listens to crickets as they sing
their bug songs just loud enough to keep her awake.
Alex fixed Christian a tasty looking sandwich for lunch and she was
laughing as she gave it to him. He
figured there was something funny about his sandwich and opened the slices of
bread slowly. To his surprise it was full of bugs, ants, spiders,
caterpillars, ladybugs, bumblebees and even a beautiful golden butterfly.
Well Christian was not about to eat that dreadful sandwich.
Alex said; "Christian, it's a bug-wich, after all you are in Bug
Villa aren't you and we are pretending to have lunch aren't we?" Well he decided it was pretty funny and decided to get Alex
back.
He went out and bought fake ice cubes with fake flies in them and put
them in Alex's root beer soda. Alex
asked him why he was laughing so loud and he said; "Well we are in Bug
Villa and you are drinking a pretend root bug soda!"
They laughed together and hugged each other to show they really cared and
promised never to trick each other again. It
was getting pretty late in the day and very warm so Alex, Christian and
Sebastian decided to fill up the swimming pool to cool off.
When they got their swimwear on and came back downstairs they found
something very strange in the pool water.
It was Frederico and all his water spider friends hopping along the
waters edge. Frederico the spider
had invited all the bugs to come and play in the water and the pool was full of
bugs. Christian and Alex decided to
fill a bucket with cool water and told all the bugs to jump in it and out of
their pool. The bugs gladly did and
Christian, Alex and Sebastian swam all day long in the nice cool pool water.
The bugs and Frederico the spider were very content swimming in the
bucket and everyone was happy!
