Students answer questions below in their own words. Print on Printer (using
plenty of paper) when they are done and turn into teacher or mail in an envelope
with their picture (optional) and permission to (possibly) post it on

What is the most memorable thing that has happened to you?
If you had a million dollars what would you do?
What is your current passion?
(For instance raising farm animals, farming,
4-H club, art, writing…)
Where did you spend your best vacation time?
What do you consider an act of kindness?
What have you done or said to make a difference
in someone's life?
When is the last time you told a family member
or relative you love them?
Have you ever done any volunteer work?
(If so where, when, how, what, and the difference you made.)
If you could come up with a "Special Holiday" of your own, what would you call
it and why?
(For instance one student said "Art Day" entire day devoted to artful ideas,
pictures, arts & crafts etc.)
If you could change the world for the better, what changes would you make and
why?
What is your favorite food and why?
If you could teach a class at school what would you
teach and why?
If you had to do an advertising ad to promote your school what would you say and
why?
(For instance use all the positive things about your school, Principal,
Teachers, Bus Drivers, Classmates, School Location, Special Field Trips,
School Gardens, Special days etc)
What special thing did you participate in at summer camp or school that made you
