Kid’s Go Bananas With This Simple Fried Banana Recipe!
Need: Bananas, butter, cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar
Peel your bananas and either cut them in half lengthwise (or leave them whole.) Fry them in one TBSP. Butter on one side & then the other side until brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar & serve warm. Experiment with other toppings like caramel, nuts or others.

Kid’s Go Coco-Nutty With These Simple Coconut Cookies!
Need: 2 ounces grated coconut
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup margarine
4 cups cornstarch
Use a preheated 375-degree oven. Grease cookie sheet. Sift sugar & cornstarch; add coconut, margarine & egg. Form a dough ball and roll dough out into 2-inch length shape. Cut into 1-inch cookie slices. Place on greased cookie sheet. Can add extra shredded coconut as topping. Bake for approx 15 minutes. Let cool completely before eating. Yummy!
