Spring Awakens The Earth
Apple blossoms
fill the trees,
Songbirds singing melodies,
Brilliant colors fill the ground,
Where violets, reds and greens abound,
The dew it glistens just like glass,
The depth of green in all the grass,
Sunshine brightens up the day,
Reminds us spring is on the way,
Roses red and for the heart,
Arranged precisely as an art,
Nature breathes upon the earth,
Springs a time of natures birth,
Daffodils in bright yellow,
Picked by such a handsome fellow,
Offering a caring smile,
Trying to go the extra mile,
Spring is blooming everywhere,
Showing us her splendid fair,
Bees and butterflies abound,
Listen to the buzzing sound,
Pussy willows by the pond,
Waiting for the morning dawn,
Clear the sky and brightest blue,
Sights of spring so sweet and true,
Kites fly with the slightest breeze,
Sounds of whispers through the trees,
Animals come out to play,
Springtime magic’s here to stay.
